For estates, country houses, barns and function rooms
The software for running your wedding venue
Brings into one place what today is spread across WhatsApp, the Excel and a notebook: the dates you've sold, the couples asking, the quotes and what you're owed.
- Never sell the same Saturday twice
- Reply to every couple in minutes, not days
- Write a quote in two minutes and get paid without chasing
30-day trial, no card. Your data is yours and you take it with you whenever you want.

If this sounds familiar, it's for you
A week at a venue in season
- A couple wrote on Thursday night and nobody replied until Monday. They had already booked another venue.
- You said yes to a Saturday your colleague had already promised over the phone.
- A quote takes you a whole afternoon: menu, a different VAT rate per line, extras, minimum guest numbers.
- You don't know off the top of your head how much you're owed, or who's late on the second instalment.
- The day of the event arrives and the final number of covers is sitting in three different WhatsApps.
Never the same date twice
A diary that says no for you
Every date you sell blocks the space and the ones that can't be used at the same time — if the hall and the garden aren't sold separately, the system knows. Holds are kept in the order they arrived and expire on their own.
Trying to confirm a date that's taken comes back as a no, with the name of the event that already has it. It isn't a warning: it's a rule on the server.

Replying in minutes, not days
Every enquiry in one Inbox, with a clock on it
Website, WhatsApp, Bodas.net, Instagram, phone: they come into the same queue, the longest wait at the top, with the time it's gone unanswered in plain sight.
If the same couple writes from two places, it's spotted and joined into one record; if there's any doubt, it asks you before merging anything.

From the first message to the last payment
Every celebration, a single record
The enquiry turns into an event on its own and moves along the board: visit, quote, deposit, confirmed, celebrated. Without typing anything twice and without losing the thread on the way.
Inside: covers, the tasting, the wet weather plan B, suppliers, the signed contract and who did what.

Getting paid without chasing
Deposits and instalments that keep track of themselves
Accepting the quote creates the payment schedule. You log the bank transfer or the Bizum and, with the deposit, the date is confirmed in the same move.
After the event: covers locked, extras and the final settlement worked out for you, with no spreadsheet.

Your shop window
A public page that looks like yours, not ours
The link you put in your Instagram: photos, what's included, price from, real weddings and a button to ask about a date. Every enquiry comes straight into your Inbox.
No commission and no competitors alongside: it's your page, not a portal.

Questions
What venues ask us
Do I have to change the way I work?
No. You carry on replying on WhatsApp and by phone; what changes is that every enquiry is logged with its clock running and every date you sell is blocked. The Excel stops being the source of truth, but nobody touches the way you sell.
Can I bring over my current season?
Yes. You load the events you've already confirmed one by one, or you send us your Excel while we set you up. A month of diary loaded on day one is what makes the habit stick.
Do you take commission on bookings?
Never. You pay one fee per venue and the weddings you close are 100% yours. We're not a portal and not a middleman: we don't sell your dates to anyone.
What if I have two venues?
It works. Each venue has its own diary, its own page, its own tax details and its own team; you switch between them from the same login. If you only have one, you'll never see any of this anywhere.
What happens to the couples' data?
It's yours and you can export it whenever you want. Guest data (allergies, contact details) is anonymised 60 days after the event because it isn't needed any more.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It opens in the browser on your computer and on your phone. Most of the day to day — replying, checking the diary, noting how a visit went — is done from the phone.
Does it work for communions, christenings and company events?
Yes. Weddings rule the place, but the same system runs communions, christenings, company dinners and anniversaries, each with its own menu and quote templates.
What happens if I stop paying?
We don't lose or lock your information: you can export it and the diary stays readable. We'd rather you left with everything that's yours than hold you hostage.
Start with your next enquiry
You set up your venue in two minutes and come away with the diary, the public page and a quote template ready. If you'd rather see it with someone first, that works too.
